Our Quality Control Process

Raw Material Testing
We test all incoming clay, frits and pigments to ensure only the finest raw materials enter our production lines.

In-Process Inspection
Press, drying, glazing and kiln stages are continuously monitored for consistency in size, thickness and surface finish.

Physical Testing
Tiles are tested for water absorption, hardness, wear resistance, stain resistance and thermal stability in our lab.

Final Inspection
Before dispatch, each tile undergoes a final visual and dimensional check. Non-conforming material is rejected.
